Community Engagement
Super Radiator Coils’ community engagement work focuses on education and workforce development. Established in 2022 with a grant from the Super Radiator Coils ownership family, SRC and its employees support nonprofit groups in central Virginia with their time, talent, and treasure.
SRC has three core community partners to which the company provides ongoing support, including donation drives, educational sessions, annual giving, and others. But the company’s community support efforts extend beyond these three main organizations, supporting various events pertaining to workforce development and education throughout Chesterfield County and the surrounding areas.
Below is the commitment statement of SRC’s community engagement initiative.
“Being Super means, we care for our world, our community. We are committed to raising awareness about and fostering inclusivity in engineering, manufacturing, and thermodynamics by building pathways to education and career development opportunities. We want to inspire the future and help people succeed in their work and careers. SRC’s objective is to launch and operate an active and meaningful Community Engagement Program that supports and helps develop programs and initiatives in the Richmond metropolitan region in the areas of (1) Education, and (2) Workforce Development.”
