We are seeking skilled and experienced Welders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. The Welders will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components to create high-performance coils and heat exchangers.

Requirements:

Welding and Fabrication:

• Perform various welding techniques including TIG, MIG, and stick welding to assemble and fabricate metal components

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly

• Set up welding machines and select appropriate welding methods based on project requirements

​Quality Control:

• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications

• Identify and correct any welding defects or imperfections

• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools

​Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing welding tasks

• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to a culture of safety within the team

​Collaboration and Communication:​

• Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

• Communicate effectively regarding project status, issues, and improvements

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Certification in welding or relevant experience

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
